The communication between the EPSherpa EMS and the DET Power inverters operates via Modbus TCP. For correct ethernet wiring: Follow the the guidelines for ethernet wiring.
No settings need to be made on the DET Power 10ft Battery ESS. The Modbus TCP connection is established via the LAN port on the inverter. After adding the battery through the EPSherpa EMS interface, control will be established automatically.
