The status LED is not available on version 1.15.0.9 and earlier.

The EPSherpa Controller does not have status LEDs.
The EPSherpa Controller (Model M2S) is supported from software version 2.0.
The EPSherpa Controller has one multi-colour status LED. Once the software is running, it uses the same colours as the Model OM1.

On the EPSherpa Controller the factory reset starts when you release the reset button, not while you hold it. Release the button as soon as the LED turns red. If you release it earlier, nothing is reset. After the reset the EPSherpa EMS reboots: the LED turns blue while it starts and green when it is ready.
